Feng Shui

Feng Shui is a science. It has to do with the energy lines of the earth and with mathematical compass calculations. This energy, referred to as Chi, can be strong or weak, beneficial or harmful. Literally translated, Feng Shui means “ wind and water”. This literal translation does not seem to do it justice, but these two elements are essential in life. Nature has provided us with all we need for us to live comfortable on this magnificent planet. When we live with nature, our lives tend to flow smoothly. When we work against nature, however, there is often turmoil. Sometimes we forget this in our eagerness to expand and develop. Feng Shui shows us how to live with nature. More specifically and more importantly, how our environment can enhance our lives.

As all areas of our lives are important, Feng Shui is offered for the office as well as the home.

Many Fortune 500 companies use Feng Shui. Donald Trump, for example, used Feng Shui in his Riverside West Development and K. Hovananian has hired a Feng Shui consultant for new home construction. Citibank and Merrill Lynch have also hired Feng Shui consultants.

Debbie has studied Pranic Feng Shui with Master Choa Kok Sui. This is based largely on the directions of a compass and how the directions affect us. Also important are different objects and room formations, colors and pictures, just to name a few.

Burbank Police Department invited Feng Shui consultants to take part in a panel discussion regarding how Feng Shui applications might be used.

”For those of you who are relatively new to the phenomenon of Feng Shui, it is in fact possible to make predictions about certain house types being prone to: violence, drug-dealing, robbery, arson, rape, getting hurt by guns or knives, prostitution, and a whole variety of illegal or harmful activities.”

“Throughout the panel discussion, the Police officers were also being educated about how Feng Shui can and should be used in the design phase. It was emphasized that not only could we help create positive, productive work environments for police employees, but also in the most utopian sense, build houses which would INHERENTLY have good Feng Shui. One state lawmaker wants government planners to include principles of Feng Shui in their building design standards.

“Applying Feng Shui in the design of government buildings could lead to "better judgment, allowing our leaders to feel a sense of peace and a greater level of comfort in the decisions they make," said Post, who has a consulting business in San Francisco and New York.”
